One thing I forgot to mention is carrier choice. You're stuck with only AT&T if you want an iPhone. If you go to Phandroid.com and click their "Phones" link, you'll see the vast variety in phone choice and carrier choice. It might not be enough to make people swear off the iPhone 4, but it's definitely something you'll want to consider when making your decision. Really sorry about the audio.
